Ian - My name is Ian Walker, i love doing any kind of sport. On my spare time i just ride my bike thats really the only thing i do on my spare time. I am attending Loellen Park Secondary School next year. In the future i would like to be in the trades or have a buisness with my projects insulation. Me and my science fair partener Scott have won the regional science fair two years in a row.Going to last year's national science fair was a great experiance the plane rides, the tours and the banquits were probibly the most memorable parts of the trip, i can not wait until the nationals this year and im positive that it will be even better than last years.

Abstract:The mechanical properties of Frubber insulation were tested. Frubber, an environmentally friendly innovation, is an excellent insulator as well as strong, durable and less dense than water. The elasticity, yield point, permeability, toxicity, freeze thaw durability and density of this product were discovered. The main applications of Frubber include insulating roads, building foundations and around manholes. This product is ready for the market.
