My name is Emily Ross. I am 15 years of age and I attend East Wiltshire Intermediate School in PEI. I am in a grade 9 french immersion. I enjoy many sports and I had a great time as captain of the bronze medal winning feild hockey team this year. Sommaire:The goal of my project was to find a way to help prevent Alzheimer's Disease. The question I asked was “Can vitamins and minerals assist in breaking down beta amyloid?” The answer to my question would be found by discovering which vitamins and minerals could assist in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. Beta amyloid plaques form in the brain; this causes Alzheimer’s disease
