My name is Signe. I am in grade 8 at Georges P. Vanier in Fall River, Nova Scotia. I play soccer and basketball and enjoy running and biking. If I were to do any more experimentation with this topic, I would test other things that may effect the thickness of yogurt.

Abstract:This project is about determining which incubation temperature will get the thickest yogurt after incubation. To test this, three samples of yogurt were incubated at three separate temperatures and tested for their thickness.
