Mary Hoover is a 9th grade student from small town Saskatchewan. Her interests include snowboarding, quadding, skidooing, driving, parties, concerts, Hot Topic, Starbucks, My Chemical Romance, and bands in general. She is involved in school sports teams such as badminton and soccer. Her strongest subjects include Math, Social, and English. After graduation she plans to go to University in the States and receive a degree in business or law. Her most notable accomplishments include numerous essay awards, art awards, music awards, and science awards. The inspiration for her project came from her interest in custom truck additions, interest in improving driving safety, and the help from her father. She plans to improve her project in the future and make the light bar more powerful. Her advice to others planning on doing a science fair project would be to pick a topic that is interesting and enjoyable.
