Abstract:This project studied the social effect that embarrassment has on young women (ages 15-30) learning about Breast Cancer and AIDS. Through analysis of data collected our results show that 1/3 of women are embarrassed to learn about these diseases and have very little education. It was shown that a website, magazine and a health class are effective, non-embarrassing ways to educate young women.
