My name is Rachel VandenBerg. I am in grade 7 at Heritage Christian School. I live on a farm in Reaboro, Ontario. My hobbies include swimming, biking, soccer, volleyball and basketball. My community activities include the joining of a girls club as well as helping with the TV ministry in our church. For my future career plans I would like to be an elementary school teacher because I enjoy working with children.

Abstract:People are dumping too much kitchen waste into our landfills. This kitchen waste is producing greenhouse gases such as carbon-dioxide and methane. In my experiment I wanted to see if it is possible to make, collect and use these gases from the green kitchen waste to help reduce Green-House Gas Emissions.
