My name is Joshua Horlings and I live in Smithers B.C. I am 12 years old and in grade 7 at Bulkley Valley Christian School. I have a twin brother and we were born in South Africa. I lived my first year in Mozambique but when I was a year old my family returned to Canada and settled in Smithers. At school, I enjoy playing basketball, hockey, volleyball and running track. I also enjoy playing the saxophone in the school band. Some of my hobbies are: making models, rock collecting, sports and training my llama, Orlando. I’d like to have a career in +geology because I find it very interesting.

Abstract:Recent developments in plant science have increased the need for vegetative propagation of many crops. Therefore rooting compounds are now on the market. Seven products were tested on four plant types. Roots, the only product tested that contained a fungicide, did not perform as well as some of the other products tested. Rootmax performed well on three of the four plant types tested.
