Abstract:Our study was designed to examine the relationship that exists between cerebral hemisphere dominance and basic language skills. Our tests showed that left brained subjects were further advanced in language skills than the right brained subjects that were tested. The data from this study can be used to enhance our education system by providing better learning strategies to strengthen language skills among future generations.
