I have many interests which include animals, music, reading and writing. I have written many short stories and poems and hope to become a published author. Also, I have recently trained my own horse from the ground up and wish to breed and train horses when I am older, with hopes of becoming a horse chiropractor. I have volunteered in activities through my church and enjoy sharing about my faith. I am a true farm girl at heart, and I enjoy my life on the farm.

Old Fashioned Deep Freeze
Region:Northwest Saskatchewan
City:Sonningdale, SK
School:Maymont Central
Abstract:In my experiment I tested four insulators to see which would keep an ice-cube frozen the longest. I tested snow, sawdust, fibreglass insulation, and wheat. I also tested an ice cube on its own at room temperature. The snow worked the best as an insulator, followed by the fibreglass insulation, then sawdust, and lastly, wheat.
