Homemade Water Purification System: Phase II
Ville:Richmond Hill, ON
École:Richmond Hill Montessori and Elementary Private School
Sommaire:Gastroenteritis is the leading source of death in children under 5. My project is to create an environmentally friendly purification device, that uses solar distillation. Solar distillation uses the heat of the sun radiating directly into an equipment to purify the contaminated water. Solar distillation can be a cost effective means of providing clean water for drinking, cooking, washing and bathing - basic human needs.
