Abstract:The purpose of this project was to see whether the quality of the wheat would affect the quality of bread. We gathered different grades of wheat, ground it into flour, then made the bread. After examining and comparing the quality of each batch of bread we concluded that the quality of the wheat didn’t affect the quality of bread.
