Sommaire:The objective of my research was to determine which antacid most effectively neutralized stomach acid. Measuring the change in pH of simulated stomach acid, a mixture of hydrochloric acid and water, using varying doses (0g, 0.5g, 1g, 2g, 3g and 4g) of five different antacids, and analyzing the results by fitting the data to sigmoid curves, it was concluded that Rolaids was the most effective.
