| Brendon Fredrick - My name is Brendon Vaz and i was born in Mumbai, India on the 4th of July 1989. I moved to Canada in August of 2003 and since then, have been studying in Francis Libermann Catholic High School. Althoug. I have a keen interest in aeronautics, sports as well as sciences in general. My favourite sport is soccer. I am part of my school's senior soccer team and i used to help coach soccer at the local Y.M.C.A. This past summer i was involved in the Monarch Project at Morningside Park which aimed at promoting an increase in the monarch butterfly population in the area. My favourite subject of study is probably physics. I plan to persue an education at Ryerson University in Toronto int he field of aerospace engineering, which will hopefuly prove to be the beginning of an exciting career. My most notable experience will probably have to be the Toronto Science and Technology fair. Winning at the fair was a shock, but representing the city in Nova Scotia will be an honour. | | Ryan - My name is Ryan Sadloo and I am a 17 year old grade 12 student attending Francis Libermann Catholic High School. My in school activities include: the senior soccer team, table tennis club, math tutoring club, and instrumental music. My extracurricular activities include volunteering at a nursing home Saturday mornings, and every summer for the past 4 years I’ve coached a team of mixed 12 year old boys and girls the game of soccer. Outside of school and volunteering I spend most of my free time keeping active, either by going to the gym or playing my favourite sports, soccer and hockey. Next year I plan to attend York University and enroll in Kinesiology. My ideal future career plans at this point in my life would be to become a specialized doctor such as a chiropodist mainly because I’ve had double knee surgery to correct a problem and after going through that experience the human body with respect to movement has excited me especially since I’ve taken it for granted in the past. All in all, I’m just an easy going senior high school student who is willing to listen, learn, and hopefully grow throughout this process. |
